Yogtec is committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan, so we offer a refund policy to accommodate these situations.
Partial Refund Policy
If you have attended more than 10 days of classes or diet sessions with dietitians and webinars, you may still be eligible for a partial refund. To qualify for a partial refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:
You must cancel your subscription within 10 days of your purchase date.
You must have attended all of your scheduled classes and diet sessions with dietitians and webinars.
You must have provide feedback on why you are canceling your subscription.
If you meet all of the above criteria, you will be eligible for a 40% refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of your cancellation request.
