By using the Yogtec website or app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Account Creation and Use
To create an account on Yogtec, you must be at least 18 years old and provide your legal full name, valid email address, and any other information requested during the signup process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and secure.
You agree to use your Yogtec account for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes. You also agree not to share your account information with anyone else.
Content and Services
Yogtec offers a variety of yoga and meditation classes, diet sessions with dietitians, and webinars. You agree to use all Yogtec content and services in a responsible and respectful manner.
You agree not to download, modify, distribute, or transmit any Yogtec content or services without Yogtec’s express written permission. You also agree not to use any Yogtec content or services for any commercial purposes.
Payments and Refunds
Yogtec offers a variety of subscription plans. You agree to pay the applicable subscription fee in full and on time.
Yogtec offers a partial refund policy if you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason. To cancel your subscription and request a refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:
You must cancel your subscription within 10 days of your purchase date.
You must have attended all of your scheduled classes and diet sessions with dietitians and webinars.
You must provide feedback on why you are canceling your subscription.
If you meet all of the above criteria, you will be eligible for a 40% refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of your cancellation request.
Intellectual Property
All Yogtec content and services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or transmit any Yogtec content or services without Yogtec’s express written permission.
Liability
Yogtec is not responsible for any injuries or damages that you may incur as a result of using our services. You agree to participate in all Yogtec classes and activities at your own risk.
Termination
Yogtec reserves the right to terminate your account and/or access to our services at any time, for any reason.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of India
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Yogtec reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Yogtec website and app.
